My top four favorite topics are Dogs, Raw Feeding, Blogging, and Real Housewives (just name the city – they are fascinating, right?).
I began public speaking to get over my fear of public speaking. Before I addressed my first audience at Bloggy Boot Camp (hosted by SITS Girls in Las Vegas in 2012), I was visibly shaking. And then I stood there and started talking and forgot to be nervous. I had a blast.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to speak in front of many groups, successfully bringing my joy and passion to every presentation, culminating in being invited to give the Keynote Address at WordCamp Seattle Beginner's Edition in 2015.
Why I Love to Speak
I enjoy sharing information in a manner that is easy for people to comprehend and retain. When it comes to building a successful blog or feeding a dog a species appropriate diet, there are a lot of moving parts. It's easy to become overwhelmed with the wealth of information available online. I want to provide the same information in a down to earth, non-judgemental, non-pressure filled manner that people enjoy and can walk away with solid action steps.

My target audience includes bloggers and people new to WordPress who want to build a successful blog that reaches a wider audience, promotes a brand, business, or a cause. I also want to speak to dog lovers who are interested in alternatives to commercial pet products that contain confusing ingredients.
